Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very large master bedroom with TV, walk in closet, door to bathroom, air conditioner in the window, 2 windows, backs onto a small river. Lovely sound at night when the window is open.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Room has 2 single beds and door to main bathroom with separate shower and roman jacuzzi tub.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room is in the walk out basement adjacent to a family room and bathroom with shower.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

In the winter months we have a slight view of the ski hill.

• Mont Tremblant Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. This airport called Mont Tremblant is very new and has limited flights to the area. However, the Pierre Elliot Trudeau airport in the city of Dorval is only 1 1/2 hours away and a very easy drive. It is an international airport and there are flights from all over the world.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Local bus that runs regularly through the city of Mont Tremblant and to the ski hill which is just a 2 minute bus ride.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). It is a very short drive to the Mont Tremblant ski hill just 2 minutes and there is plenty of parking.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It is a 10 minute walk to the ski hill, (pedestrian village) or a 2 minute drive. Lots of restaurants and shopping. There is also other areas to shop and eat at restaurants which are about 15 minute driving.
• Lake is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. We are located on a resort called Village Pinoteau and the resort has a beach front of 700'. They supply beach chairs, pedalos, canoes. There is a lifeguard on duty at busy times of the summer. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: The resort also offers 4 har-tru tennis courts and a heated pool (shared) all included in the rental.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
