25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
There is a 3 % processing fee for credit card or PayPal payment. If less than 45 days prior to arrival then full payment is required at time of booking. There must be a minimum of one person in the group that is 25 years of age or older. The very popular Christmas week will book early, so to avoid disappointment please contact owner now. The entire development will be decorated in beautiful Christmas lights making it a story book setting and the ideal location for your family Christmas retreat.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
