Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

There is a strict No Smoking policy at the property. You will forfeit your Damage Deposit if anyone smokes in the property.

There is a minimum charge of $200 CAN if the hot tub is found to be excessively dirty during or after your visit. The hot tub is cleaned every week and the attendant will visit the hot tub at least once during your stay to check water levels and acid/alkaline levels. Any abuse of the facility will result in a charge deducted from your damage deposit.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $call.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
