Beautiful Log Cabin, Close to the Village! The house is a 5 minute drive from Tremblant village and 10 minutes from the resort of Tremblant. It overlooks Lac Mercier where there is access to the private beach. Just a few minutes walk from the house is the P'tit Train du Nord, a trail over 200 kilometres long. The trail connects each of the districts of Mont Tremblant and provides access to many lakes and other trails for cycling( there are 2 cycles for guests use)and walking. The house stands in 2 acres of forestry. It has 3 storeys with decking around much of the first floor to enjoy the fantastic mountain, lake and forest views. |

Location
The kitchen is a delight; the plentiful cupboard space, open layout and butchers block ensures that all you will need to cook a gourmet meal is at hand. It is well equipped with pots and pans, baking trays and other essential tools. Good quality crockery, glasses and cutlery is provided sufficient for 12 people. From the kitchen, there is direct access to a paved barbeque area (with barbeque in summer) and covered gazebo.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Large common room in the basement has a double sofa bed. Wardrobe and drawer storage is present and a plasma TV is erected on the wall opposite the bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and two basins.

The house stands in 2 acres of woodland in a quiet location just outside of the village of Tremblant. From the decking which is accessed from the living rooms you can relax and enjoy views of Lac Mercier, Mont Tremblant and surrounding forest. A gazebo fully equipped with garden furniture and net protection on all windows is accessed direct from the kitchen and allows guests to enjoy dining 'el fresco'.

The house is light and spacious and a home where families can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and many activities offered in Mont Tremblant. It is ideally situated for those who want a peaceful and relaxing vacation with access to the busier activity in the resort of Tremblant and the variety of shops, restaurants and other many facilities close by. Tremblant resort is a 10 minute drive where there is free parking and a free shuttle bus to the ski area. We have a contract with a local snow removal service for the driveway to be cleared of snow.

A 10 minute drive to the extensive skiing area of Mont Tremblant. Alternatively a 5 minute drive to Tremblant village and free parking where the shuttle bus to the ski lifts arrives every 10 -15 minutes. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 30 minute(s). The Old Tremblant Village offers a good choice of shops, cafes and restaurants and can be accessed by way of the P,tit train du Nord which is a few minutes from the house and runs around the lake. • Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Access is available to guests at the beach on Lac Mercier with a 5 minute drive Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby. • Nearby Attractions: A 10 minute drive will take you to the main ski resort or to a number of the golf courses in the area. The National Park of Mont-Tremblant is a 20 minute drive.
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer A 3% surcharge is made if payment by PayPal. There are no taxes charged on this property. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
