Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $65.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
