In winter Tremblant and Gary Rocks ski resorts a mere 10 minutes away. In summer the Laurentian Mountains in all their beauty are at you beckoned call. A canoe and paddle boat are available. 6 championship golf courses and an abundance of summer activities. Truly an all season's property and the tranquil setting makes for great nature walks and using deck and dock in the summer. A truly unspoiled magnificent natural location.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Beautiful view overlooking Lac Duford. Non motorized lake but small electric motors are permitted.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    There is a 3 % processing fee if you use a credit card to make payments.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
