• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Loacted right behind the Main Club House of the beautiful Club Links La Maitre golf course. Designed by Fred Couples and a spectacular layout. 10 minutes drive or less to 6 other beautiful challenging golf courses. Le Spa Scandivina is also only minutes away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 2 minutes drive to Gray Rocks resort and 7-8 minutes to Tremblant with all its 4 seasons activities. Easy access to all winter and summer activities in the Mont Tremblant/St.Jovite Laurentians area.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Shopping and dining is available at several locations within 7-8 minutes drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The resort complex has a private beach and wading area one minute away, on the beautiful La Diable river.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
There is a 3 % processing fee if you use a credit card to make payments.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
