    Tennis on site just 3 minute walk. Multifunctional trail (X crountry ski/snow shoeing/in-line skating/cycling/mountain biking) on these trails. Foose ball and air hockey games in downstairs playroom.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of depends on time required.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
