1 King Bed. A large double aspect room with stunning views of the slopes of Mont Tremblant. Ample wardrobe and drawer space with an ensuite bathroom.There is a 15" TV in this room. 1 Queen Bed. A good sized room with plenty of storage space overlooking the woodland to the rear of the unit. 1 Queen Bed. A very similar room to bedroom 1 and is also at the rear of the unit. 1 Queen Bed. A good sized room in the basement, the room opens up into a den area where there is a sofa and TV. A bathroom with toilet, basin and shower is also in the basement. 1 Queen Bed. This room is also in the basement and is identical to bedroom 3. This room also opens into the den area. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin in the basement.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet and one basin.

To the north there are stunning views of the slopes approx 1 mile away, and is seen through the lounge and master bedroom.

• Montreal International Airport is more than 120 minute(s) drive. The nearest large international airport is Montreal and the drive from here is approx 1.5 hours. It is also possible to fly into Boston,(5.5hrs) Toronto (5.5hrs) and New York however this will involve a longer drive. There is a regular bus service from Montreal airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. There are several top quality championship golf courses in Mt Tremblant as well as courses for the higher handicapper. They are all less than 10 minutes drive from the Condo. Arundel golf course is a 20 minute drive away, this is an excellent golf course and much cheaper than the surrounding courses at Tremblant.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). It is just a 5 minute drive to the slopes. A regular shuttle bus which is just a 2 minute walk from the condo also runs to the slopes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is situated in the old village of Mont Tremblant,and it is just a short walk to the Village Centre where there is a variety of restaurants and shops. Alternatively it is a short 5 minute drive to the slopeside village where there is a wide range of dining establishments and shops. A 15 minute drive will put you into the small town of St Jovite which also offers further alternatives for eating and shopping.
• There are many lakes in Mont Tremblant area, there is a small lake just 5 minutes walk away in Mont Tremblant Village that freezes during the winter and is available for you to skate on. During the summer the lakes in the area can be used for swimming, fishing and boating/sailing etc. For the aviators there is even the chance to do some float plane flying.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
