Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cash, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. , Visa
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is due on arrival.

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 8:00 AM
