Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Credit Card/ Paypal Payments Add 4% to Total Rent.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
