    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
