Newly built mountainside vacation rental professionally furnished offering unobstructed views of the ski slopes, pedestrian village and Lac Tremblant. Les-Eaux is the only condo complex having private spa type amenities including a sauna, steam room and hot tub on the premises open year round just steps away from the condo. Other pools including a lap pool are available during the summer months. We can also provide discounted lift tickets, equipment rental and Ski School lessons during the winter months. Non-ski season activities can also be booked directly with us at discounted prices.

Special Conditions
Should all guests be age 25 and under prior to any reservation being made we must be notified by phone. Please make certain to have available the exact number of guests that will be visiting and the age range. It is understood and agreed that refundable damage deposit will be increased to $500 if it is determined that a rental will take place.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
