• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 15 minutes drive to Tremblant & Mont Black ski resorts.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). It is a 15 minute drive to both Tremblant and Gray Rocks ski resort. 15 minutes to town of St. Jovite.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Beautiful view overlooking Lac Duford. Non motorized lake but small electric motors are permitted.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
