Newly built mountainside vacation rental professionally furnished offering unobstructed views of the ski slopes, pedestrian village and Lac Tremblant. Les-Eaux is the only condo complex having private spa type amenities including a sauna, steam room and hot tub on the premises open year round just steps away from the condo. Other pools including a lap pool are available during the summer months. We can also provide discounted lift tickets, equipment rental and Ski School lessons during the winter months. Non-ski season activities can also be booked directly with us at discounted prices.

Outdoor and indoor private spa facility which includes several hot tubs, swimming pools, steam room, and Finnish Baths.

Complimentary shuttle service available year round will transport you to the slopes in two minutes. For those who prefer to walk allow ten minutes.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Walk to Lac Tremblant is less than 10 minutes. Beach and Tennis Club located at Lac Tremblant is a ten minute walk from our condos.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque.
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is due on arrival.

Flexible times are possible upon request.

Children of all ages are allowed.
Groups:
Groups of 25 years or under, owner must be contacted for approval and informed of exact number of guest and the age range.

Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).
