• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping and dining in Tremblant Resort, Mont-Tremblant Village and the City of Saint-Jovite. There is a full day and early evening city shuttle service during the summer. It is a 3 minute drive to the mountain base.
• Beach surface is fine sand. Short walk to Lac Moore and about a 10 minute to the city beach at Lac Mercier, where you can swim and the beach is patrolled.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
3 % processing fee if payment by credit card..

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
