The condo is large, open plan and characterful with huge windows, tastefully appointed where we guarantee you will immediately relax and feel at home. It is nestled on a rocky, wooded hillside, in its own private glade, only a short walk to the multi trail and Lac Moore, where you have exclusive access to a private jetty. It is also the only place where you can ice skate in the area. A 10 minute walk through the charming old village brings you to the beach on Lac Mercier. A 2 minute drive or shuttle ride the other way brings you to the world class resort of Mont Tremblant.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Numerous golf courses available in the area.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). A 2 minute walk takes you to the shuttle bus that will take you to the mountain. It is approximately a 7 minute drive by car/bus.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Local grocery store is walking distance. Many good restaurants are also walking distance away.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Lac Moore is approximately a 2 minute walk from the condo. Lac Mercier is a 10 minute walk from the condo where you will find a beach. Lac Moore is a 2 minute walk down the road from the condo. Private access to a dock where a Canadian canoe can be rented. In winter this is the only lake that is cleared for an ice-rink.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 25.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
