    • Beach surface is fine sand. Lake is a 10 minute walk. There is a beautiful swimming and recreation area right at your door. The condo is loacted in a forested area that is great for tranquility and playing and walking in the forest. Beach is 5 minutes on Lac Tremblant within the resort complex. There is also a beautiful swimming and recreation area right off the patio of this unit.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    There is a 3 % processing fee if you use a credit card or Pay Pal to make payments.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
