Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. You will receive an 80% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
- If you cancel anytime, payments (less $200) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. - Owner accepts payments by: personal cheque, money order, cashiers cheque, direct bank deposit or cash. - Late departure fees may apply. - Security deposit is to be discussed by by owner

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $150 will apply. A fee of $75 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15 - $20 Hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
