    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Shuttle right to the ski lifts. Just 2 minutes.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). You can walk or take the shuttle to all the shops and stores of the resort village. 15 minutes to Old Tremblant Village or St. Jovite.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Access to beach on Lac Tremblant. For summer rentals complimentary access to private beach club can be arranged.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Visa and Master Card accepted with a 2.79 % processing fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
