Special care has been taken in decorating, featuring authentic Quebec reproduction antiques throughout, to make it exceptionally homey.

    In winter, the large pond in front of the unit is maintained as a skating area. In summer, the large heated pool is a family attraction. Both are visable from the deck of the unit. Take a walk and let the children explore on the well maintained grounds.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of TBD.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
