    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 per cleaning.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
