• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Right on the South side of Mont-Tremblant, a trail takes you down to the chair lift right from the condo. A real ski in ski out !
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Located minutes away from the reknowned pedestrian village of Mont-Tremblant, you can also drive to the old village for more restaurants and shopping!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
