    • Nearby Attractions: There is a beautiful swimming and recreation area right at your door(open in Summer time only). The condo is located in a forested area that is great for tranquility and playing and walking in the forest. Beach is 5 minutes on Lac Tremblant within the resort complex.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $105.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
