50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
