    Enjoy summer BBQ's on the huge deck. Access to an elaborate trail system leading to the Village at your front door.The pools are about 3-4 minutes walk and there are hot tubs as well. The unit is not air conditioned but there are nice breezes as the unit is located right at the top of this small mountain range.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). 10 minutes drive to 6 beautiful challenging golf courses.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Free shuttle service to Tremblant or a 7 minute drive.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Shopping and dining in Tremblant Resort, Mont-Tremblant Village and the City of Saint-Jovite. There is a full day and early evening shuttle service during the summer. Two vans run all the time, starting at about 8:30 and run till early evening. It is a 7 minute drive by shuttle to the mountain base. The shuttle will stop wherever you want within reason in the surrounding area. Get to know the shuttle drivers and they will take you to the village to shop or elsewhere -they are very flexible.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. Short walk to Lake. Lac Mercier can be seen from the balconies of the condo, and you can swim in it. There is a beach which is patrolled.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    There is a 3 % processing fee if you use a credit card or Pay Pal to make payments.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
