Spectacular views of the lake which is child safe. 350 feet of white sandy beach, shallow water at the edge. The cottage is set surrounded by 5 acres of wooded area. To the outside is a wrap around deck. It is so private and no other cottages seen from the grounds.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 200) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - or Cash.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150 will apply. A fee of 75 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15-20 per hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
