    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    There is a 3 % processing fee if you use a credit card to make payments.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
