Our condo is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family of four or two couples. In the wintertime get ready for ski-in/ski-out fun! Relax by the fireplace at the condo or aprè-ski in the village. In the summer you are ideally situated for all of the activities at Tremblant. Only a 12 minute walk to the village (or take the free shuttle-bus). Bring your bicycles, Rollerblades and hiking boots and enjoy some outdoor exercise. Or, perhaps you prefer golf or tennis? It's all here -- only minutes from the condo.     Our condo features a private rear patio with views to the lake and the village. The trees provide shade in the summer to keep the unit cool and lose their leaves in the winter to reveal a spectacular view of the surrounding area.

    More Information
    Access to the beach at Parc Plage is included during your stay between June 23rd and September 3, 2007. 10am until 8pm daily. There is a lifeguard on duty and you can rent canoes, kayaks and more from the beach. We will be offering discounted ski tickets this year. The rates are typically 40% off of the Tremblant rate. Please contact us for details!

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Just a few minute walk from the private rear entrance to our condo you will be on the ski-in/ski-out trail that leads to the Porte du Soleil lift.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    We find that Interac email transfer is the most convenient and efficient for both us and our guests and is our preferred method of payment followed by personal cheque. We can accept payment by PayPal but there is, unfortunately, a 4% fee charged by PayPal for us to receive funds that we must pass on.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
