In the summer you are ideally situated for all of the activities at Tremblant. Only a 12 minute walk to the village (or take the free shuttle-bus). Bring your bicycles, Rollerblades and hiking boots and enjoy some outdoor exercise. Or, perhaps you prefer golf or tennis? It's all here -- only minutes from the condo. Our condo features a private rear patio with views to the lake and the village. The trees provide shade in the summer to keep the unit cool and lose their leaves in the winter to reveal a spectacular view of the surrounding area.

More Information
Access to the beach at Parc Plage is included during your stay between June 23rd and September 3, 2007. 10am until 8pm daily. There is a lifeguard on duty and you can rent canoes, kayaks and more from the beach. We are offering discounted adult ski tickets again this year. The rates are $48.50 CDN (All taxes and fees included). Tickets must be ordered and paid for in time for us to place our order on Nov 20. Tickets are good any day of the 2008-2009 season. After Nov 20, we will still be able to obtain discounted ski lift tickets in booklets of five but the price is TBD. Please contact us for details!

Lake is located within a 25 minute(s) walk.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
We find that Interac email transfer is the most convenient and efficient for both us and our guests and is our preferred method of payment followed by personal cheque. We can accept payment by PayPal but there is, unfortunately, a 4% fee charged by PayPal for us to receive funds that we must pass on.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10 / day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
