You can peek out the living room window and see the skiers on the hill! The private patio is located on the ground floor just a few steps from the pool.

We will be offering discounted ski tickets this year. The rates are typically 40% off of the Tremblant rate. Please contact us for details!

Distances
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. It is only 1 bus stop to the Tremblant resort village where you can start your ski day or do any of the numerous activities at the resort.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). To get to the Tremblant resort you can walk (approx. 20 min), drive to the main parking lot (2 min) or take the bus that runs approximately every 1/2 hour (2 min).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Walk to the village in about 20 minutes or take the Tremblant city bus.
• Lake is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. Access to the Pinoteau private beach is included with your stay! There you can take out a canoe or kayak (for free), relax on the beach or go for a swim in the lake (swimming area is supervised seasonally). Beach Equipment: Canoe and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: 4 tennis courts are available for you to book (for free). The 3 closest courts are a 1 minute walk from the condo's front door! There is also a games room with ping-pong and a pool table.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
We can accept payment by PayPal (Credit Card / Cash) or by Credit Card directly but there will, unfortunately, be a 4% fee.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
