Teulada - Moraira is a quiet village on the Costa Blanca. In Teulada - Moraria there many activities. Water sport lovers can enjoy the services of the Moraira Club Nautico with private diving excursions, windsurfing and under-water sea fishing. Teulada-Moraira also offers the opportunity horseback ride, play squash, football, tennis, basketball, etc. Other non-sport choices include the Sunday antiques fair, where you will find furniture, paintings, clothes, ceramics, craft work and all types of bric-a-brac. Stroll the weekly street markets in Teulada on Wednesday an in Moraira on Friday. They are filled with fresh fruit and vegetable, meat and cheese, condiment, candy, spice, house wares, clothing, shoe and flower vendors.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
The stay will be paid always in Euros. Absolutely, ALL BANK TRANSFER FEES or charges will be paid by the tenant. We don't accept Credit cards neither checks.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
