On the south slope of the highest European active Volcano, this villa is an 80's building, totally restructured in 2010, deep in the countryside and only 4 minutes far from the downtown of Nicolosi. The house is perfectly located to reach every kind of holiday interest. In fact, even if it's at 750 mt above sea level (2460 ft), the Volcano Etna is not the only naturalistic attraction of the site; the beautiful seaside of Acitrezza is only 11 miles far (about 35 minutes); the famous town of Taormina is 36 miles far (less than an hour) and the city of Catania is 9 miles far (20 minutes).

The house is completely furnished with every comfort including espresso maker, satellite TV and internet. Your cars can be parked inside the property. There is a very large patio with three green zones where you can relax sitting on the grass, and a big zone with two barbecues you can use whenever you want.
