20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. A fee of 75 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
