    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Only 5 minutes to a world class golf resort (open to the public).
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The lodge is only 15 minutes from Mt. Hood Ski areas. There are three fully equipped ski areas on Mt. Hood. Timberline Ski Area is open for snow skiing year round.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The lodge is only a couple of minutes drive from many restaurants, video rental, grocery shopping, and ski rental. It is a 15 minute walk along the river path to get to the main shopping area.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There are many mountain lakes within 30 minutes or less from the lodge. There is a nice small beach on the river with stairs leading down to it.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
