Mount Shasta water is fresh in the tap as Artisian water. Further items needed provided upon request. Our home is environmentally safe (paint, furniture, cotton linen, pillows, bedding, fireplace). Our home is the Heart of Shasta Sacred Healing Retreat. We have chosen to not include a microwave due to harm in the environment. A toaster oven is provided.

Winter Season: Please make sure the heater is set at 50 degrees when not in the house. Otherwise enjoy your stay.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Owner maybe flexible with the payment policy, please inquire directly with owner during the grace period.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200.00 will apply. A fee of $20.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
