The property has been perfectly restored and tastefully furnished with great care and is equipped with all of the modern comforts. A few kilometers from the town of Vicchio, well known for being the birth town of Giotto and Cimabue. The centre of Florence can be reached in about 30-40 by car. Internet access. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
