    Views of the lake can be seen from every room and there is wildlife everywhere. There is a flock of turkeys that come in frequently and deer visit regularly at dusk. Eagles, Sandhill Cranes, ducks, and geese are just a few of the species you might see at the lake. Fishing has been great for Bluegill and Large Mouth Bass. There are also bear, coyote, wolf, and bobcat in the area but usually do not come near the cottage.

    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. The lake is NOT a wading lake with a beach area. It is for fishing, or boating with a canoe and rowboat provided. NO motors allowed. Swimming is permitted by jumping in from the dock, no diving. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
