Located in one of the most preferential spots in the whole island, the villa sits atop a rocky hill, rendering an unparalleled, panoramic view of the Aegean. To the west, one can see the island of Delos and Syros as well as the Islands of Paros, Naxos. To the South, the sight of the famous Mykonian windmills and the island of Naxos and to the north one can see the island of Tinos. A look-out look-alike, on a higher elevation but in the center of the new and old ports, the view from the villa is an unending seascape scene. As far as the eye can see, ships, yachts and sailboats float in the distant horizon as they approach to dock. We have the best sunsets this side of the world.
The main building area is 200 square meters consisting of three bedrooms (one master) and three large bathrooms, a large family room and open kitchen. Just 10 steps from the main villa, is a small studio unit, with its own entrance, Kitchen and Bathroom, that can sleep an extra 2 people. The outdoor patio leads to an in ground, infinity pool.
There is a parking space for two cars.
The property is a three-minute drive from the centre of town (Mykonos / Hora) and the two ports and six minutes from the airport. Surrounded by twenty-four of the world famous beaches, it is five minutes to the closest and 20 minutes to the farthest.
