The ONLY condo facility (or beach house - as far as we know) in down town Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms). Furthermore, we have spent approximately double our competition to create a true high-end luxury unit. Here’s what you can enjoy: 2800 sq. ft. of space, 6 bedrooms, 4 Queen sleepers, Olhausen pool table, Foosball, 50" and 42” plasma TVs, Xbox 360. Four sofas, Play station 3, Home Theater system, Wireless DSL Internet, Huge 13’ 9” x 4’ 7” table, Fully equipped kitchen (Granite, two fridges), Laundry room, Lazy river, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and Kiddy play area.

Please note that on the following holidays, a surcharge is added to the posted rates. This amount is not included in the total quoted and will be added once a request is received:
Thanksgiving: plus $200 (no three day mid week available).
December 25th: plus $100.
January 1st: plus $100
