With a fantastic view of the beach, you can relax in this 1 bedroom condo which features: * On-site laundry room. * Pools - there are 4 outdoor pools, a 70 foot heated indoor pool, there is also a "kiddie pool" and 5 hot water whirlpools. * Lazy river for everyone to relax in the water. * Saunas. * Video game room for the kids to enjoy. * Racquetball court on-site - no fee! * Pool bar - to take care of your thirst.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
