Covered front porch and open sundeck, paved parking for 4 cars under house. Tile on kitchen and bath floors. Wood laminate in the den and hall. Approximately 1000 square feet. 400 of the rent is required to complete a booking for 7 nights, 600 for 14 nights. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
