Guest must be 21 or older, single family or couple, no pets, no smoking, and 10 people max. In the summer Saturday to Saturday rentals only. When there is a 3 night minimum, rentals must be between Saturdays. Single family or couple only.

Master bedroom and den both have spectacular direct oceanfront views of beach and ocean from 8th floor, over 80 feet above land surface. You can see miles of ocean and beaches. 2nd bedroom has view of Bluewater complex and South Myrtle Beach, SC.

Landscaped yard (approximately 0.2 acres). Outside beach shower with separate water heater. Large master bedroom with color cable TV and DVD player, king size bed, full bath. Second bedroom has queen bed with full bath down hall and large closet with stacked washer and dryer in it. Third bedroom has a double day bed and is beside kitchen and dining room. Nice open kitchen with table and bar stools. House is in private Oceanside Village Resort with community indoor / outdoor pools, nice gym, tennis courts, lakes, children's and adult playground, basketball court, baseball field, 24 hr. gated security, church, library, community center. 400 of the rent is required to complete a booking for 7 nights, 600 for 14 nights. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
