1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Living area features sofa and loveseat seating, and a flat screen tv w/ DVD player.

View

Direct oceanfront location above the ocean, beach and shoreline. There are fantastic views from both the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The master bedroom has the glass doors and a side window, that offers a great view to the north. You can see for miles towards the strip on a perfect day. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, it is such an amazing sight to see! The pictures of the ocean and beach were taken from the condo.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Lots shopping and restaraunts are a short drive away. Broadway at the Beach is a 15 minute drive north.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. 700" of beach front at the resort, you can walk for miles and to the Surfside Pier. Lifeguards are on duty in summer, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.
• Nearby Attractions: Waterparks and new amusement park 15 minute drive north. Downtown Mytle Beach is only a few miles away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
