25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
