"THIS UNIT HAS IT ALL" *** This is a fabulous place to stay after a long day at the beach, playing golf or just a quiet day at the pool. You won't be unsatisfied here as everything is within your reach. You have a private washer and dryer inside your unit with a screened in deck. There are pools on site for adults and for children and activities for everyone to enjoy. We also offer babysitter referrals. Wachesaw East received national exposure as home of LPGA Golf Tournaments from 1997 through 2000. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment provides a varied vacation experience for guests staying at Ellington.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
