Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
