Special Conditions

Registered guests must be either a married couple, at least 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent for the entire length of stay.
You may receive a refund for early departure provided you give a 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.

Master Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom is 13'x12' and has a full bath with his and her vanity sinks, a walk-in closet, and a view of the Lake. The room offers a large bureau with mirror, two nightstands, ceiling fan with light fixtures, two bedside lamps and a 20 inch TV with Cable. This room can be set up as a King or two Twin Beds.

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The Second Bedroom is 13'x12' and features two closets with full length mirrors. The room offers a large bureau, a night stand and a ceiling fan with light fixtures and a 13 inch TV with Cable. The room can be set up as a King or two Twin Beds.

Bedroom

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The Third Bedroom is 12'x12' and offers a closet, a full bath with washer and dryer, two twin beds with a nightstand, a bureau with mirror, ceiling fan with light fixtures, and a 20 inch TV with Cable.

Living Room

The Living Room is 16'x19' A 55-inch Big Screen TV is the focal point of the living room offering cable, a DVD player, and a stereo. You will find a large couch, a love seat, and an oversized chair with ottoman. There is a glass top coffee table, as well as, two glass top end tables. Lighting includes two table lamps, a floor lamp, and a ceiling fan with light fixtures. Sliding doors open to the patio which features a table and four chairs and a lovely view of the lake.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

View

This unit has a full view of the lake located directly behind building. One of the several outdoor pools is located just steps away from the back porch.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
Cancellation Policy If you cancel two weeks prior to arrival, you may transfer your deposit to a future reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation completely, you will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee if your cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. If a cancellation request is received within two weeks of the arrival date, you will receive a full refund less one night’s room charge.

Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
