Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
Taxes not included. Rates in US Funds. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 per day. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $150 may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
