Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45 for full clean, $25 for light clean.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
