Our direct oceanfront condo is on the top 12th floor of Ocean Park Resort. This condo has many free amenities including 2 private pools (heated indoor & oceanfront outdoor), one large (50 people) outdoor jacuzzi, one indoor jacuzzi, universal gym with weights and treadmill, and spectacular views of ocean and beach from two oceanfront balconies. The Ocean Park Resort also has video game room, conference room and complimentary breakfast on the first floor. 1 min. walk to ocean from condo. Recently Painted in "beachy" Bermuda Colors! We've spent over $20,000 in condo improvements here!

    400 of the rent is required to complete a booking for 7 nights, 600 for 14 nights. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
