Welcome to our home. Stunning views across the strait to the spectacular cliffs of Gabriola Island are what you'll be looking at. Out the kitchen and third bedroom windows you can watch the sun set over the city of Nanaimo and drop down behind Mt. Benson. Step on to the sandy beach where eagles, otters, herons (and even occasionally whales!) are a frequent site.

View
This property is on the waterfront. Views are breathtaking as soon as you walk into the house. From the hot tub and decks you will have views across the ocean towards the craggy cliffs of Gabriola Island. Beyond the cliffs are the spectacular Coast mountains of the Sunshine Coast and Vancouver. From the other side of the house views are toward the west, Mt. Benson and the Beaufort Range on Vancouver Island.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. The dock is private. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless previous arrangements have been made. A damage/cleaning deposit of $500 is required with the balance of payment. If the house is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit with be refunded within two weeks.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50/day. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $500 deposit returned if house is left the same may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
